The Three Principles of Goal Setting
The height of the workbook practice is we practice every 10 minutes, right? Well, that's the most frequent. So if we were doing our practices as much as we check our phone, we would be different. The third principle is throughout each day, we need to pour consistent energy towards the goal. We need to keep it in mind, remind ourselves of it and prioritize times in our day when we can actively pursue it.
