Modern life, movement is not part of modern life. You'll do an hour's exercise, but over the course f the day, like maybe you get 50 or 20 thousand steps. But compared to what the human body sort of needs to water all its parts, it can be quite low. An activity tracker just measuring steps doesn't measure how many bends you do to your spine,.
