Are Builders Driving Share in the New Construction Market?
We think that this is really going to be a year when builders can continue to drive share. We're seeing some five to 10% price cuts, and then adding in that rate by down to get to that same payment level. And we just have a lot of advantages versus where we're seeing the resale market kind of add a little bit of a standstill as individuals are hesitant to leave their current mortgage rate to go get a much higher mortgage rate.
