In meetings, it's less about brain storming. I think when we think hat improbwe defer till a, oh, idea, brainstorming. So part of that, yes and mine said, is listening to the tone of how people are showing up. And in incorporations across, you know, world, people are scared. They are, they have fear. Are we as managers listening to the way that they're expressing that fear? A yes and mine set would be listening and making a safe place for people to express that.
