The Story of the Ascetic Monk and the Buddha

In aesop's fables, there was a tortoise and a hare. In the traditional story of the buddha interacting with mara, there's a line that stood out to me. By looking and seeing mara, the Buddha was able to say, i see you for what you are. And suddenly, in that ant all power goes away.
