There are cultural differences when talking about these two different temple systems, ancient israel and the modern latterday saint endowment. Ideas of sacrificial animal slaughter and incense burning resonates with spiritual and religious sensitivities of ancient peoples in a way that it doesn't to day. And so i think that observation number one to point out in terms of the differences, there will definitely be cultural differences.
