The New Hampshire Primaries

The Democratic Party wants to be in South Carolina, but New Hampshire doesn't care. Biden has not spent time getting on the ballot in New Hampshire because they're not supposed to go to New Hampshire first. But how are you going to resist a New Hampshire win if you're say, I don't know, Gavin Newsom or Robert Kennedy?
