The Evolution of USA Triathlon's Talent ID Program

I saw you were a coordinator, the talent ID program. How does USA triathlon go about searching out the next generation of gold medalists? The position that I had as an athlete development coordinator is no longer. Now today they have what's called the collegiate recruitment program. So athletes that have expired their collegiate career and are looking to still compete either in running or swimming then they are encouraged to try triathlon.
