The caloric cost and therefore the oxygen cost of exercise roughly scales with work rate. There's a pretty straightforward mechanism by which you would probably just naturally gravitate to longer rest intervals as you get stronger. All right, so moving on, we've got again, two similar questions that we kind of lumped together here. Aiden has a question.
