There's this whole thing about whole grain rice, brown rice, and it's been marketed very heavily. And now we believe that anything that's whole grain or a little bit browner is automatically a health food. It turns out that i tested both white rice and brown rice. I ate the exact same quantity, and the gluco spikes were virtually the same. If you actually want to make an impact on your bluco evis while eating rice, it is much, much more powerful to put clothes on your rice than to change the color of the rice. But just itching from right rice to brown rice, or white pasta to brown pasta, no impact.
