For me, the one thing that has changed my life the most as a human being is self compassion. And so how does my practice look? Pulling up these words, these phrases, treating myself with kindness, putting myself to bed early, I see as an active self compassion. It's also an on the cushion thing, which for me often looks like actually a walking meditation. So when I'm out walking around my local lake, what I'll be thinking in my head is happy, healthy, safe, live with ease. Because those are the words that I use for loving kindness and I'll kind of coordinate it to my step. The first step is noticing then connection curiosity, kindness
