It was something else to counteract the other things that i would typically be doing, and still support what i'm up to. And i will say to be in the evenings, because that's part of where i would over indulge or badge,. Whether it as i on food or drinks or what not. Im having a protin shake before bed was and it just made it easy to not worry about rvenging. But then it's also something sweet. It just tastes good.
