A fad is basically like a craze okay a craze now normally it means something that is short lived. There was recently on Instagram all of these like machines that suck out like all your spots like really gross well they were a huge fad. The product probably isn't very good but it's just like a huge really intense craze and this is kind of a little bit like that. These companies are making loads of money with these diet teas or detox teas so essentially what people are saying is if you just have a normal healthy diet and you do exercise you'll be able to achieve the results that you want bloody bloody bleed.
