Is Explainability a Hot Topic for Machine Learning?

The paper we're going to discuss is then right at the heart of your phd Work. I'm curious how you get into that focus, first, explain ability, which is the up andcoming topic. Well, actually we, my advisor and iu, were attracted to this topic by the original paper from dasgupta in 20 20 explainable camins clostring. We feel that explainability is a crucial topic for machine learnin for it to be more accessible, more reliable. And we are working at a very specific point, but hopefully this can help us along the way to a better understanding of machine learning models in general.
