Is Your History Hypothesis Driven?
Andi: I try to let the patient, no, give me their story without interrupting them too much. And then once they finish, then i that's when i really start to formulate. So my history is hypothesis driven, but you have to start somewhere. But for the most part, i'm not doing a full narrow exam on everybody. That's going to be hypothesis driven.
