The Uneven Impact of Inflation on the Economy
Neither party looks like they want to do anything like helping out those who've got mortgages, help for mortgage borrowers. The Bank of England is inflicting a pain that it feels as necessary in order to reduce inflation. But if you're being really rational, I don't think it makes that much sense for the government to intervene. Cucumber prices are going up because we're moving into this period where the world is de-globalizing. And everything from cucumbers to semiconductors might go up too.
