The Biggest Obstacle to Productivity

The first one used to be really revolutionary a few years ago, but i don't think it is any. There's a lot of other compulsive phone activities that have supplanted answering the phone. Just remember, the world is not going to end if you do not stop and look at who said something on facebook or responded your post. So use your phones. Do not disturb features. Research how they work and how you can adapt it so that you feel comfortable turning it on more often.
