Lessons for Corporate School to Move Too Quickly Into Bad Chat Bots

Packy: There's got to be some good lessons as far as like the way companies are thinking about how to use some of these technologies right now. I think it probably created some of the hype that leads to Samsung, maybe replacing Google with it because it got all that attention. It feels safe enough that if it says kind of wrong things, and you just say, ah, things says kind ofwrong things, but they're pretty helpful. Or as long as you like kind of back it into the right, you set the right expectations of the users and say it can't do these kinds of things. You know what I mean?
