The content of the world is so rich that it escapes knowledge, says Bruno Pickering. In modernity you have this split between sort of like Cartesian splits between mind and matter,. But cybernetics is very much about systems which kind of like break down that division. And if sufficiently complex systems behave like living things, then there can't really be a dualityReally. It must be a continuous substance, right? Like, so it's, it's non-dualist broadly. The term in philosophy for that is kind of like monism, but it'm not a, it's not a term pickering uses.
