Climate Change and the Fashion Industry
The fashion industry is starting to wake up to the impact its having. Lily cole says that when she first started speaking out about climate issues in the early two thousands within the industry, it felt very nich to also not very fashionable. And now it feels like a much more mainstream, dominant conversation. A plastic or a scynthetic material is going to be there for hundreds and thousands of years. Bit weird that someone could dig up my jumper in a thousand years.
