How Does Mindfulness Meditation Help With Anxiety?
There's something called mindfulness meditation that I had no idea about before I was introduced to it. When your mind is relaxed and it's focusing on a few things beyond just what is causing you anxiety, your heart rate will automatically start slowing down. Add to that something called a physiological sign. Now I follow Dr. Andrew Huberman. He is a very well-known neurobiologist who talks about how to increase productivity and efficiency. So he has a very simple technique which I used. It's called a double inhale exhale. And the science behind it is because more carbon dioxide is let out from your lungs. Your mind is automatically now less anxious.
