How to Weigh Your Coffee
It's one of my pet peeves that how often recipes I'll look up for cooking will ask me to use something volumetric. And the mass of something is so much better of an option if it's not a liquid. But really, you should weigh out. You're especially flour. Even brown sugar, it's like tightly packed or loosely packed. So it's just easier to just weigh it out.
