Is There a Difference Between the Sketch and the Iteration Model?

Muse is more like you're meant to marinate with your content, then it's swimming around in your head and out are going to pop new ideas from your head. But when you're writing a history paper, for example, you need extremely specific documented references. And I think both of those things have their place, but I think it's important not to confuse their purposes.
