i don't really have that much advice in terms of like, nitty gritty. There's a fair amount of research supporting their efficacy. It's something that i'm interested in, but have never done and maybe will never do. Oso i think we've got time for one more question. I wang to answer this question from jimmy eause i think it's a really good one.
