The Importance of Diversity in the Home Brewing Scene

i don't know if it's cultural like i know a lot of brewing tradition starts in germany in the uk and maybe that's the majority coming from there but that doesn't seem to really hold too much water. There's clearly something about this about beer about brewing that is more appealing to people who look like you and me will um than it is to other people so i don't know what to do to change that. I was thinking about uh the group of brewers that i kind of cut my chops with locally here in fresno and and similar to san Antonio we have a very very strong hispanic cultural influence here. We think it would be awesome to have more females brewing
