How to Look Twitter Accounts by Their Unique Numbers

Alex coldman found a Twitter account with no user name. He tried to contact the owner by tweeding at them, but they weren't returning his calls or e-mails. A team of journalists worked together to try and find out what was going on. They were able to identify six accounts that had been active for some time. The one real person who used it is still not getting back to him.
