Right wing proposals for UBI are more realistic right I mean they describe something that to me I guess I'm afraid could kind of partially become a reality. They provide some measure of poverty relief, but a very small one so for example like in Charles Murray's vision for basic income. The level would remain pretty low and there would be a constitutional amendment preventing states from redistributing more income. So poor people would receive a small amount of money they would lose access to all kinds of state and social services. And the result of that in his vision is that many people are forced to leave the city Right it's kind of view of or vision of the completion of the gentrification project so poor
