I was hired as a quick fix because things within the academy were going very very wrong. I barely knew the players names none of them spoke English and in our first game happened to be against the best team in the country. That was the most difficult period for me because I couldn't get out of bed the next day when my team has just been hammered so it's very very difficult but you have to say what did you do mate well it's so it's interjecting, that's why they're blind is from your hours hundreds of hours of research.
