When the us p s changed the deceased subject rule to allow living people on stamps, they asked the public to nominate someone for the first living stamp tragically. Nominations were accepted on lod no stamps required. And besides bob dillon, at the time living, steve jobbs, lady goga was right there near the top of the list. But i'm not at liberty to say it will not be lady gogo. As ethel puts it, stamps tell the story of america in pictures.
