i realized that i had not been having very much alone time. And i wonder if you might be experiencing some things like that at different times in your life, and that you can maybe grab onto some of these benefits that we can get from solitude. Loneliness involves feeling disconnected from people, even while you are with them cally. Solitude involves physically removing yourself from people, or your work, or whatever it is you're trying to extract yourself from. I mean, pick what you would like it to be.
