The Chips and Science Act

I think on the science portion, there is a great deal of interest in the tech hubs and the chips and science act had a very aggressive 20 tech hubs. I see the prospects for funding there pretty good. What I am immediately concerned with is, you know, well, $52 billion sounds like a lot. And I'm gravely concerned that that money could all be not just by the needs of the major announcements that have already been made. That would be a serious error. So the expectations are properly set.
