Is There a Possibility of a War Crimes Trial?

The biden administration has assessed that russian military forces have committed, and are committing war crimes in ukrane. The international criminal court in hague already started investigations. But i would supportto the idea to establish aa special international tribunal like nuremberg tribunal, which will deal with this russia aggression against ukraine. It is something new after the second world war. Second world war ended with a nuremberg tribunals. This war should end also with a second nureber tribunal where all the evidences against the personality, against the state, would be collected, and we will end with a judgment.
