People in general, but i see people at work too, just accept and tolerate that this is not an ideal or optimum experience of work. We're giving a lot up on things that we actually appreciated about work, that we actually enjoyed. Someone just said the other day to me that they hated going into the lunch room to have the birthday cake celebrations every month. But they've never thought in their lives that they'd really missed that,. They were longing for cake in the lunch room. When we talk about centr we need to get to a place where we understand that there're certain things are good for us. And maybe we have gotten really used to this complacent way of living and working
