How to Regulate Emotional Emotions

If we don't learn to regulate our emotions, they will control us. Life is most effectively lived through the co regulation of emotion between me and some one else. It's going to take a lot of practice to start saying, ok, water my feeling, and how can i talk about what i'm feeling instead of attacking back? We'll get to that in just a moment. But for now, i think it's really important for us to know that emotion really is important.
