The Free Will Question

Free will is the mind separate from the brain or are they the same thing. Most neuroscientists land on the position that we probably have none because every neuron in the brain is driven by other neurons and it's not clear where you get the extra bit I just want a flag given the available data. Join me next week for part two where we'll ask how all this could or should affect the legal system if we don't have free will or very little of it what does that mean for the notion of culpability when there's so much running under the hood and so little conscious choice?
