The roots of progress became a non profit organization officially last year, and you announced it in n august 20 third post on the web site. In that announcement, you wrote, the roots of progress is working towards a world in which the idea of progress is communicated through education and journalism. But to you, what does industrial literacy mean, and how can it be better fostered among the public? Industrial literacy is a term that i coined to mean a basic knowledge and understanding of the technologies and the infra structure and so forth that makes us all our standard of living.
