That's the hardest thing to forgive you. No one can put you down, but you have as much power over other people as you give them permission,. allow them.
Dr. Edith Eger is a Holocaust survivor who went on to graduate with a PhD from the University of Texas. She is a prolific author and maintains a busy clinical psychology practice.
