The AI in this game is just incredibly, incredibly inconsistent. There's instances where it's programmed to try to act like a person. But on the other hand, there's other instances where the AI would just like snipe you out of a vehicle from across the map. It doesn't come across as bugs comes across as, you know, they're trying to, whatever.
