In the 90s there was no new build it was post Chernobyl. I don't think I saw a single one. We started dabbling in onshore wind, you know, with 700 kilowatt turbines kind of saying, Oh my God, I mean that's big. This is like as a utility is not necessarily your customer. Well, nuclear today right but in the 90s, it was still possible. And we could see that the policy backdrop and this was great or the interesting thing about the 90s was that it seemed like the liberal order had won the day.
