Do Pre-Workouts Break Your Fast?

Jess from Australia has a question about pre-workouts and whether they're useful, break your fast. The debate seems quite split on this one. It sounds like trying to work out fasted early in the process, which is hard for everybody or some people. But weren't you already keto adapted? Yeah. So see, that's different. Well, I mean, when you're first starting off and your body is adjusting to fasting, I think it's hard for people to work out.
