The Secret of the Pineal Glands by Francis Hopkinson Esquire
In the early 1900s, there was a whole movement where they thought that if you ate pineal glands from beef or even other people that you could inherit all this knowledge. So I found this old article from 1776 and it mentions a book called The Miscellaneous Essays and Occasional Writings of Francis Hopkinson Esquire volume one long as title didn't get a lot of sales. And so the first thing I thought of was the scene where Neo learns how to fly the helicopter by just downloading information and just bams. It's not sci-fi so much. It's more like a mystical like the guy is more like a cycle pump how they get there and dude. Yeah
