The Importance of Simple Report Generators
We never really had any real negative feedback because our solution was written in such a way that you have to have a degree in computing to use it. So we made absolutely certain from day one that we produced a product that was simple to use. We understand that the people using it do not want to be computer gurus. That's just that guts. And, and I guess going through the pain of the initial feedback, which I can imagine is a little bit more challenging. But eventually, it kind of smooths out and you're in line, you're aligned to a customer and they're aligned to what you were trying to achieve as well.
