Even silican valley is kind of run, you know, by by ivile graduates. I always think about it as a lock and key type of a mechanism. You can look at a certain person's profile and they may be great to be in a service department, but horrible to be in a sales department or in the development department. And e young ef tod point out to people and say, based on your background and profile, from what we've seen of the last 20 plus years, you'd actually be a really good programmer. We keep track of those things that obvisyw we keep track of.
