The pilot for this flight was at risk of losing his license because he just ignored the air traffic. Eventually, f a a chief, james e dow announced that, in view of the humanitarian circumstances, the agency would take no punitive action against either the pilot or the airline. However, his contract to fly food into cambodia was cancelled by the military airlift command. And i response aly urged the president to get the incompetents out of there immediately and appoint someone with intelligence competency.
