I'm one of those very lucky people who gets to do stuff they love every single day. Relaxation is something that leads to so many different benefits. Our mental health gets a bit better because we're able to unwind and take care of ourselves a little bit. And we have more appreciation for everything in our life because we get to to think about things just a little bit more.
