Creating Diversity of Thought as a P M

Your job as a p m is to be a platform for all voices. It is really important that all the different ideas are encouraged. Don't try to solve those discussions by hierarchy or by saying, oh, because the so-called vp said so. Have an honest discussion based on logic and reasoning. And if nobody is actually bringing a counter idea, you should be that dissenting voice. Ah, to the extent you can share a anything and everything, that would be helpful. As a p m, i've learnt that airing on the sin of being more transparent always works better than holding information....
