Jesus Baptism

Baptism is, in fact, not part of the old testament law at all. We do have what are called proselyte baptisms where gentile converts of judaism were baptized. But that's not something mandated by scripture itself. And so when jesus says he's doing it to fulfil all righteousness, i don't think we can take that to say what he means is, this is a law i have to fulfil. Therefore, it's a human work. So if you're talking about then are you saying then that baptism is a work? Is really the question that you have to ask.
