How to Avoid Dishonest Practices in the Book Industry
There's no federal law against manipulating the library system and printing system that's been in place for hundreds of years. If you're if you're taking that front page and you're making changes to make it look different than what you actually did, I think we can all agree that that is a dishonest practice. So as an example, if Bruce Amakonke released the first additional Mormon doctrine said that black people were black because they were less violent in the pre existence but still called it a first edition, that would be knowingly deceptive and dishonest.
