I think local communities will thrive a bit more because more people are moving around. I do, even though I live in London, I think it's unhealthy for the capital to just have like the complete brain drain. There's lots of great towns in England that have a great quality of life that London doesn't offer unless you're extremely wealthy. People are getting fed up of high rents, small spaces, all of that kind of thing. And they're like, oh, actually I could move to the coast. I could move back home.
