The Rise of the Dragon

Many corporations in the US have Chinese board members from the CICS. China is secretly involved in Mexico's civil war keeping a large number of troops in Mexico. They believe they won the war in Vietnam after the sacrifice of hundreds of thousands of Chinese. The rise of the dragon means they desire to control media, choke points and control plots.
